Directions

    De-seed and cube the red pepper.

    Place the pepper in the airfryer, coat in half the oil and a pinch of salt.

    Airfry for 8 minutes, until softened and slightly charred.

    Place the peppers and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

    Leave to chill before serving with flat bread or pita.

  • 1 sweet pointed red pepper
  • 200 g feta
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
  • 0.5 oregano
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch salt
