Directions

  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees and get out a baking dish.

    In baking dish, combine 1 jar pasta sauce, 3 cups chicken broth (or water), 1 tbs Italian seasoning, and 1 box dry pasta.

    Cube chicken breast and mix in mayo until each piece is lightly coated.

  4. 4.

    In a bowl combine ~ 1/4 breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 ranch packet. Toss chicken in mixture.

    Place breaded chicken on top of noodles in a single layer and cover in aluminum foil.

  6. 6.

    Cook for 35-45 minutes then remove from oven and remove aluminum foil.

    Cover in mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
