Directions

    Mix 9 oz of 96/4 ground chicken with 20g of reduced fat cheese, a half of an egg, garlic powder, onion powder and mustard.

    Make small nuggets with your hands and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Take the nuggets out of the freezer and dip them in a bowl of self rising flour.

  4. 4.

    Spray some olive oil in an air fryer and cook the nuggets at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
