Directions

    Chop carrots, celery, and onion.

    Melt butter in a pot and saute the chopped vegetables.

    Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, rosemary, garlic powder and minced garlic.

    Add broth.

    Simmer the chicken breast for 20 minutes.

    Cook noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

    Shred the cooked chicken breast.

    Add shredded chicken to the pot with the broth and vegetables.

    Add lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
