High Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken Mac n Cheese

Directions

    Slice chicken into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and onion powder, paprika and olive oil. Mix until the colour changes.

    Cook chicken in light butter on medium heat for 4–5 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.

    Lower the heat, add more butter, minced garlic, drizzle of honey and parsley. Mix until well coated and juicy. Set aside.

    In a pan, cook minced garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add low fat milk, light cream cheese and extra seasoning (salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, nutmeg). Stir until completely smooth.

    Add low fat cheddar cheese and stir on low heat until creamy and thickens.

    Add cooked macaroni and mix until creamy and indulgent.

  • 300 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 160 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 100 g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 220 g Uncooked Macaroni Pasta
