1Slice chicken into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
2Cook the chicken in light butter on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
3Lower the heat, add more butter, minced garlic, a drizzle of honey, and parsley. Mix until well coated and juicy. Set aside.
4In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
5Add low-fat milk, light cream cheese, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
6Add low-fat cheddar cheese and stir on low heat until creamy and thickens.
