Peach and Sage Toast with Ricotta
Directions
- 1Toast sourdough bread.
- 2Heat butter in the pan.
- 3Add sage leaves to the pan.
- 4Add sliced peaches to the pan and cook.
- 5Spread ricotta cheese on the toasted bread slices.
- 6Add the cooked peaches and sage to the ricotta cheese.
- 7Drizzle honey on top.
- 8Sprinkle red chili flakes.
- 9Sprinkle flaky sea salt.
- 10Serve and enjoy!
