Felix Brownies
Directions
- 1Add 1 cup of caster sugar, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to a mixing bowl.
- 2Add 100g of unsalted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 eggs to the mixture.
- 3Mix all the ingredients together.
- 4Add 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of self raising flour to the mixture.
- 5Add 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- 6Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 7Melt the chocolate and pour it into the mixture.
- 8Mix everything together until it becomes a thick batter.
- 9Pour the batter into a greased baking tray.
- 10Set the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- 11Once cooked, let the brownies cool and then cut into squares.
