Directions
- 1Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water according to package directions. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.

- 3In a tall cup, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 4Spread the cream mixture over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
- 5Cut into squares and serve.
