Directions

    Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a pan over medium heat.

    Add four chicken sausages and let it cook for seven to eight minutes.

    Add a scoop of garlic and let it cook for another minute.

    Add eight ounces of dry orzo pasta and let that cook for one more minute.

    Deglaze with two cups of low sodium chicken broth and a fourth cup of half and half.

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of red pepper flakes (optional).

    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about ten to twelve minutes until orzo is done.

    Add two cups of spinach and stir until cooked.

    Add half a cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
