Directions

    In a bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs, shredded parmesan, chili powder, granulated garlic or garlic powder, ground ginger, and kosher salt.

    Add 97% lean ground chicken, one egg, and two tablespoons of sweet chili sauce to the bowl.

    Mix the ingredients together by hand until just combined.

    Divide the mixture into twelve 50-gram meatballs.

    Place the meatballs in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes at 400°F, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

    Brush the meatballs with ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce.

    Return the meatballs to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to caramelize.

    Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
