Directions

    Cook pasta for 11 minutes.

    In a pan, melt half a stick of butter.

    Add a quarter cup of grated onion and a quarter cup of MZippy Za'at.

    Add a third of a cup of all-purpose flour and one tablespoon of Flavor Time seasoning.

    Stir in 12 ounces of evaporated milk and 3.5 cups of half-and-half.

    Add 8 ounces of sharp cheddar and 8 ounces of Colby Jack cheese.

    Add the drained pasta and mix well.

    Pour half of the mixture into a greased aluminum foil pan.

    Top with 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese and cooked crumbled bacon.

    Pour the remaining mixture over the cheese and bacon.

    Add another layer of crumbled bacon and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
