Directions

    Cook 1.1KG extra lean beef mince with the seasonings listed on screen.

    Once nearly cooked, add 400g salsa and 60g light cream cheese.

  3. 3.

    Mix well and set aside once cooked.

  4. 4.

    Add 25g light butter to a pan on low-medium heat.

  5. 5.

    Add mixed eggs (8 eggs & 300g egg whites) and constantly stir and fold gently.

    Once cooked, add 180g light grated cheddar cheese and mix until it's nice and cheesy.

  7. 7.

    Grab a warm tortilla, evenly distribute both fillings across the tortilla and roll tightly.

    Repeat the process for the other 11 rolls.

    Spray them with light cooking oil spray and air fry or oven bake them with the settings on screen until golden brown and crispy.
