    Divide the icing into separate bowls and add gel food coloring to create different colors.

    Place piping bags into plastic cups to fill easily.

    Fill the piping bags with icing and tie off with a hair elastic.

    Outline the cookies with icing and then fill in the center.

    Lightly drop the cookies on the table to even out the icing.
