Lemon Butter Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Directions

    Cut boneless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes.

    In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, white wine or chicken bouillon, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    In another bowl, mix panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, remaining salt, and pepper.

    Add the breadcrumb mixture to the marinated chicken and toss until evenly coated.

    Add chicken to skewers.

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook for 10-15 minutes, then broil each side for 3-4 minutes.

    In a bowl, melt butter and add lemon juice to make lemon butter.

    Drizzle lemon butter over cooked chicken skewers.

  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
