2In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, white wine or chicken bouillon, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3In another bowl, mix panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, remaining salt, and pepper.
4Add the breadcrumb mixture to the marinated chicken and toss until evenly coated.
5Add chicken to skewers.
6Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook for 10-15 minutes, then broil each side for 3-4 minutes.
7In a bowl, melt butter and add lemon juice to make lemon butter.
8Drizzle lemon butter over cooked chicken skewers.
