Directions

    Boil lasagna noodles until tender.

    In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, ricotta, one egg, one teaspoon each of garlic powder, black pepper, and BritsCookin garlic and herb seasoning. Mix well.

    In a pan, melt one stick of butter, add one teaspoon of minced garlic and stir in two cups of heavy whipping cream.

    When it starts to bubble, whisk in half a cup of Parmesan and half a cup of Asiago cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spoon about a cup of the Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.

    Spread a spoonful of the ricotta and Boursin mixture over lasagna noodles, add some chopped rotisserie chicken and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Roll them up carefully.

    Place the rolls seam-side down into the baking dish.

    Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375°F, covered, for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
