Directions

    Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder. Set aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes, flipping occasionally. Set aside.

    In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add finely chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.

    Add 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soy sauce to the pan and mix well.

    Add the cooked chicken to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken well.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 0.2 Cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
