Directions

    Add yeast powder in plain flour, warm water and stir well with Grandma's chopsticks.

    Knead dough with your single hand and let it sit for 1 hour.

    Roll it into a long strip and separate into unequal parts.

    Flatten with Grandma's rolling pin.

    Add salt, MSG, ground pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, clean water, minced ginger to minced meat and gently massage.

    Add scallion and edible oil and mix it well.

    Fold bao bun with my cousin's hands and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  • 150 ml water from Mississippi River
  • 40 g chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp edible oil
