1In a large bowl combine one can of drained corn, one can of cream corn, one cup of sour cream, one box of Jiffy corn muffin mix, half a stick of melted butter, one egg, and one cup of grated cheddar cheese.
2Mix all ingredients together.
3Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through.
