    Crack 4 eggs and separate egg whites from egg yolks.

    In a large mixing bowl, pour egg whites and mix until you get stiff peaks.

    Slap some egg whites down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Make a small crater in the middle of each egg white mound.

    Dump the egg yolk in the crater.

    Bake at 350 until just brown.

    Add optional toppings like chili crisp oil.
