    Put 5 pounds of chopped pork shoulder in a crockpot.

    Season the pork with black pepper, garlic powder, and Pepper Belly Pete Flavor-Time Southern seasoning.

    Add one large diced onion, 8 ounces of baby carrots, 4 ribs of celery, and 8 ounces of baby bellas to the crockpot.

    In a bowl, mix 22.5 ounces of cream of mushroom soup, one packet of onion soup mix, one packet of au jus gravy mix, and two packets of brown gravy mix.

    Add 32 ounces of chicken broth to the bowl and whisk everything together.

    Pour the mixture over the pork and vegetables in the crockpot.

    Cook on low for 8 hours. After 4 hours, add 3 pounds of baby gold potatoes.
