Tenderize 800 grams of chicken breast fillets by covering them with plastic wrap and pounding them well with a meat mallet.
Transfer the chicken fillets to a large piece of plastic wrap, making a bed.
Add 6 slices of ham, 50 grams of pickled cucumbers cut into slices, and 6 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken fillets.
Roll up the chicken into a cylindrical shape, wrapping it in plastic wrap, and close the ends well.
Take it to the freezer and let it chill for at least two hours.
Remove from the freezer, remove the plastic wrap, and cut the chicken into rolls.
Pierce these chicken rolls with a meat skewer.
Season them with salt and black pepper to taste. Turn and season again.
Dip them in beaten egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs.
Transfer everything to a large baking tray, take it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey, ½ a teaspoon of sweet paprika, and ½ a teaspoon of garlic powder, and mix everything very well until combined. Serve the chicken rolls with this sauce.
