    Add ground pork to a hot pan, press down to flatten. Cook on one side undisturbed for 5-8 minutes on medium heat to create a crust.

    Dice onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms into roughly equal sizes.

    Break up the pork and mix. Continue cooking until no longer pink. Add all the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, mixing frequently.

    Add sesame oil, hoisin sauce, Korean chili flakes, MSG, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt. Consider adding a splash of rice wine vinegar.

    Finish with chopped roasted peanuts and green onions. Serve the mixture in romaine lettuce cups with toasted sesame seeds and sriracha mayo.
