Directions

    In a glass bowl, combine 16 oz of room temperature cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

    Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.

    In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of cinnamon.

    Grease a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray.

    Add a layer of cinnamon sugar mix to the baking pan.

    Add a crescent dough sheet and spread it evenly.

    Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough.

    Add another crescent dough sheet on top.

    Spray with cooking spray.

    Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix over the top.

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

    Let it cool off for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
