1In a glass bowl, combine 16 oz of room temperature cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
2Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
3In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
4Grease a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
5Add a layer of cinnamon sugar mix to the baking pan.
6Add a crescent dough sheet and spread it evenly.
7Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough.
8Add another crescent dough sheet on top.
9Spray with cooking spray.
10Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix over the top.
11Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
12Let it cool off for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
13Cut into squares and serve. Top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
