    Crack 12 eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of pepper and whisk until combined.

    In a cold pan, add 4 pieces of butter and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche.

    Pour the whisked eggs into the pan.

    Turn on the heat and stir the eggs constantly as they begin to cook.

    Once the eggs are cooked, remove from heat and add the goat cheese and romesco.

    Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
