    Boil mini potatoes for 10-15 minutes in salted water until tender, drain and cool.

    Assemble the ingredients on the salami slices: add cheddar, banana pepper, honey, thyme.

    Smash the potatoes to about half an inch thick using a firm, smooth-bottomed glass.

    Place the smashed potato on top of the salami and cheese mixture.

    Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with citrus salt.

    Air fry on a low rack at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
