    Warm up half a cup of water. Once warm, add sugar and active dry yeast.

    In a bowl, add two cups of all-purpose flour, the yeast mixture, butter, salt and Greek yogurt.

    Mix until a dough ball forms, then throw into an oiled bowl and cover it with a towel. Let rise for one hour.

    Split the dough into four equal pieces and roll them out. Fill with cheese, fold and roll again.

    Cook in a pan.

    Prepare garlic butter: mix melted butter, garlic and parsley.

    Brush the garlic butter on the cooked naan bread.
