Directions

    In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

    Mix well to form patties.

    Sear patties in a hot cast iron skillet until nicely browned on both sides, do not cook all the way through.

    Remove patties from skillet and set aside.

    Add chopped onions, fresh garlic, and flour to the skillet and mix.

    Pour beef broth into the skillet and mix.

    Return patties to the skillet and cover.

    Simmer for about 30 minutes, until gravy thickens.

    Serve over mashed potatoes and corn.
