    Boil baby golden potatoes.

    Drain the potatoes and toss with olive oil, butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika and chicken bouillon powder.

    Smash the potatoes with a glass.

    Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    Bake until golden brown and crispy.

    Make the dip by mixing sour cream, heavy cream, onion powder and chives.
