Directions

    Chop the tops off of three heads of garlic.

    Place the garlic heads on aluminum foil, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Wrap the garlic tightly in the foil and bake at 375°F for one hour.

    In a bowl, add a block of softened cream cheese.

  5. 5.

    Squeeze out all the roasted garlic into the bowl with the cream cheese.

    Add half a cup of mayonnaise.

  7. 7.

    Add half a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.

  8. 8.

    Add half a cup of shaved parmesan cheese.

  9. 9.

    Add a third of a cup of chopped green onions.

  10. 10.

    Add two tablespoons of Italian parsley and one tablespoon of rosemary.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix well and add to a baking dish.

    Spread the mixture evenly inside the baking dish.

    Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
