    Peel, wash, and cut up potatoes into small cubes.

    Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.

    Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, shaking a couple of times.

    Add 1 lb of ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Season beef with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika.

    Drain extra grease if needed, and add 1/2 cup of water once the beef is fully cooked. Stir.

    Add minced garlic to the beef and stir.

    Lay out a tortilla, add nacho cheese, a scoop of beef, some taco sauce, a scoop of crispy potatoes, and more cheese. Roll up.

    Toast burritos for a couple of minutes on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.
