    In another bowl, mix together vegetable oil, melted butter, buttermilk, lemon juice, greek yogurt, vanilla, and eggs.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

    Place muffin liners in a muffin tin.

    Fill muffin liners with batter.

    Bake at 450°F for 6 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 25 minutes.
