1Make high protein caramelized onions: cook diced onions over medium-high heat until water evaporates and they brown; deglaze with 4oz of beef bone broth at a time until 16oz is reduced; add soy sauce (optional).
2In the same pan, add ground beef, and seasonings: coarse salt, fine salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, cumin.
3Add diced tomatoes and half of the caramelized onions.
4Add 2% and fat free cheddar cheese and mix well.
5Refrigerate the meat mixture for 20 minutes to thicken.
6Make low calorie burger sauce: mix light mayo, plain Greek yogurt, sugar free ketchup, sweet relish, half of the caramelized onions, garlic, pepper and salt. Add milk/water to reach desired consistency.
7Assemble the burritos: add the meat mixture and the burger sauce to each tortilla; wrap and store frozen.
