    Make high protein caramelized onions: cook diced onions over medium-high heat until water evaporates and they brown; deglaze with 4oz of beef bone broth at a time until 16oz is reduced; add soy sauce (optional).

    In the same pan, add ground beef, and seasonings: coarse salt, fine salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, cumin.

    Add diced tomatoes and half of the caramelized onions.

    Add 2% and fat free cheddar cheese and mix well.

    Refrigerate the meat mixture for 20 minutes to thicken.

    Make low calorie burger sauce: mix light mayo, plain Greek yogurt, sugar free ketchup, sweet relish, half of the caramelized onions, garlic, pepper and salt. Add milk/water to reach desired consistency.

    Assemble the burritos: add the meat mixture and the burger sauce to each tortilla; wrap and store frozen.

  • 200 g 2% cheddar
  • 200 g fat free cheddar
  • 1 diced green onions
  • 120 g light mayo
  • 120 g plain greek yogurt
  • 100 g sugar free ketchup
  • 4 tsp sweet relish
  • 0.5 batch caramelized onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 14 burrito tortillas
