    Place frozen hamburger patties in a crockpot.

    Add a can of sliced mushrooms.

    In a separate bowl, mix together one can of cream of mushroom soup, one can of beef consommé soup, and one package of beefy onion soup mix.

    Stir in two tablespoons of ketchup.

    Pour the mixture over the hamburger patties in the crockpot.

    Add one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and one tablespoon of minced garlic.

    Cook on high for three to four hours.
