Directions

    In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and basil. Mix until combined.

    Add Greek yogurt and light butter and mix with a spoon until you get a crumbly texture.

    Finish pressing it together with your hands and form into a ball

    Place the dough on top of a parchment paper and press down using your hands.

    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

    Fold over the edges of the dough to form a crust.

    Toss in a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

    Make a cheese blend with 2% mozzarella, fat free mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano.

    Add pizza sauce of your choice.

    Top with your cheese blend and turkey pepperonis.

    Add hot honey (optional)

    Broil on high at 525 for 5-6 minutes.

  • 40 g fat free mozzarella
  • 10 g parmigiano reggiano
  • 20 turkey pepperoni
  • 20 g hot honey
