Directions

    Grind the ricotta cheese into a smooth consistency using a mortar and pestle.

    In a wooden bowl, mix the flour and the ricotta cheese.

  3. 3.

    Add one egg to the bowl and mix until a dough ball forms.

  4. 4.

    Place a bed of bay leaves on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

  5. 5.

    Place the dough ball on top of the bay leaves and cut a cross into the top of the dough.

  6. 6.

    Bake the cheesecake (Libum).

  7. 7.

    Drizzle honey over the baked cheesecake.
