Bacon Fried Loaded Mashed Potato Breakfast Sliders

    Form loaded mashed potatoes into shape on parchment paper.

    Place mashed potatoes on a griddle greased with bacon fat and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium-low heat.

    Flip potatoes and form them into desired shape for sliders.

    Add diced ham and scrambled eggs to griddle.

    Form egg and ham mixture into same shape as potatoes.

    Lower the heat and add cheese to both potato and egg mixtures.

    Place egg and ham mixture on top of toasted dinner rolls.

    Top with fried mashed potatoes.

    Cut into individual sliders and serve.
