Directions

    Chop 4 cloves of garlic.

    Peel and grate 3 tablespoons of fresh ginger.

    Add in about a cup of red pepper flakes.

    Add about a cup of soy sauce and a little rice vinegar.

    Transfer the sauce to a slightly bigger bowl.

    Add in the chopped garlic, half a cup of honey, salt and a little bit of lemon juice.

    Whisk until well combined.

    Clean the chicken with lemon juice and vinegar.

    Rinse it off, pat it dry, and cut it into small strips.

    Season with cayenne pepper, sesame seeds, mushroom seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper.
