Directions

    Mix together 90g light Mayo, 50g Sriracha, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp milk or water, and salt to taste to make low calorie sriracha mayo.

    Mix 2 tsp sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp minced garlic, 30g brown sugar, 80g soy sauce, and 20g gochujang for the marinade.

    Cook 24oz 96% ground beef until about 50% done.

    Pour the marinade over the beef and let it simmer until fully cooked and the liquid has thickened.

    Add 3 green onions and mix well.

    Layer the beef on top of 300g basmati rice.

    Top with low calorie sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and green onions.
