    Combine cooked broccoli, buffalo chicken, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Red Hot, mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces of cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well, breaking up the large pieces of broccoli.

    Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spread mixture evenly into the casserole dish and top with remaining 2 ounces of cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
