    Chop one medium onion, two jalapeños, and add to the griddle with a little bit of oil.

    In a cast iron skillet, melt one pound of American cheese, four ounces of pepper jack cheese, and four ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.

    Add half of your onions and jalapeños to the skillet with the melted cheese.

    Add one large, chopped tomato to the skillet.

    Add one can of evaporated milk to the skillet.

    In the griddle, add 1.5 pounds of ground meat. Season with cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add the other half of the chopped vegetables to the ground meat.

    Add garlic powder, cajun seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to taste to the skillet with the cheese mixture.

    Once the ground meat is fully cooked, add it to the skillet with the cheese mixture.
