    Peel and mash 2 bananas.

    Crack 3 eggs (room temperature is preferred) into the bowl with the mashed bananas.

    Add 10g of brown sugar and mix well using a spatula.

    Add 40g of oil and mix well.

    Add 120g of blended oats and mix well.

    Add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, 3g of baking powder, and 2g of baking soda. Mix until well combined.

    Pour the batter into muffin cups, filling them about ¾ full.

    Top with chocolate chips and oats.

    Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes.
