Directions

    Pour the coconut milk in a wok.

    Add 3 tablespoons of palm sugar.

    Fry with the curry paste.

    Use a medium heat.

    Keep frying for about 10-15 minutes until you get a nice smell.

    Add palm sugar, salt and tamarind sauce.

    Add crushed peanuts.
