Directions

    Chop an onion and add to a pan. Then add beef mince.

    Add three quarters of a tin of chopped tomatoes.

    Take one third out and put it in the fridge for another meal.

    Add half a can of kidney beans.

    Take half of this meal and put it in the fridge for another time.

    Prepare a jacket potato and add the chilli.

    For meal three, fry two eggs and chips with bread and butter on the side and some peas.

    Boil pasta and add UHT milk.

    Chuck in a quarter can of sweetcorn, followed by a third of a can of tuna.

    Mix it all together, then add some salt and pepper.

    Take a slice of bread and put it in the blender until it turns to powder.

    Put the powdered bread on top of the pasta and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 2.5 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion
