Directions

    Mix greek yogurt, honey and vanilla together.

    Spoon the mixture into silicone molds and place in the freezer until they just start to freeze.

    Top with a layer of chia jam, then a layer of melted chocolate.

    Place back in freezer until frozen. Let them thaw for a couple of minutes before eating.

    Heat raspberries on the stove.

    Mix through chia seeds, lemon and honey and allow to thicken.

  • 1 teaspoon honey
