Directions

    Cook bacon, remove and drain reserving 2 tablespoons of grease.

    Sauté onions and garlic in bacon grease.

    Add brown sugar, maple syrup, hot honey and bacon to the pan, and cook for 5 minutes to caramelize and reduce.

    Brush melted butter on bread slices.

    Grill bread until golden brown.

    Grill beef patty.

  7. 7.

    Place cheese on grilled bread.

  8. 8.

    Top with beef patty, and bacon jam.

    Add more cheese on top.

    Top with remaining bread slice.

    Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 slices bread
  • 4 handfuls shredded cheese
  • 1 unit beef patty
