    In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, chili powder, paprika, corn starch and corn oil.

    Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

    After a few hours, place chicken in small loaf pans, pack tightly, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about an hour.

    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter, toast cumin and turmeric, add rice and cook for a few minutes.

    Add chicken broth and salt and cook for about 15 minutes until done.

    Once the chicken is done, take it out, flip it on a cutting board and slice into bite-size pieces.

    Serve chicken over rice with homemade tzatziki and hot sauce.
