    Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

    Preheat smoker to 250 degrees and smoke wings for 2 hours to 165 internal temperature.

    Make sauce with cayenne-based hot sauce, butter, and honey.

    Heat frying oil to 350 degrees.

    Fry wings for 1-2 minutes.

    Toss wings in buffalo sauce.

    Add wings back to the oil to cook for another minute.

    Toss in sauce before plating.

    Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
