Directions

  1. 1.

    Get the fire onto a medium low heat and get the oil heated up

    Go ahead and throw your onions in and mix them around a little bit and you're gonna brown the onions slightly

    Get your rice and toss it in there with the onions so it can brown as well. Stir the rice and onions around a little bit; you don't want them to burn

    Once the rice is brown get about two tablespoons of tomato paste and pop the tomato paste in there

  5. 5.

    Then get your water and go ahead and pour it in there and careful cause it's gonna steam a bit when you do this

  6. 6.

    If you have tomatoes go ahead and throw your tomatoes in there

    Then add your seasoning to that. I add about a little over a tablespoon

    Then mix it up good. Don't stir it hard but you wanna make sure you mix it good. Put a lid on it

    Turn the fire down. When it's done

    After it cooked for about 24 minutes, then turn the fire off and let it just sit there with the lid on it for at least five minutes

    But when you're done the five minutes is over, and go ahead and take the lid off. You'll see the hot steam in there, and then you wanna go ahead and just mix, mix up that rice, get all that flavor, all the tomato, onion, get everything out from the sides and all mixed in all together

  • 1 cup Chicken Flavor Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning
