Directions

    Add pasta to boiling water with salt. Stir gently until half the water is gone.

    Add fat free evaporated milk. Bring back to boil, turn off heat.

    Add grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella and nutritional yeast. Keep stirring off the heat.

    Add garlic powder, smoked paprika and onion powder. Add a bit more evaporated milk until creamy and smooth.

    Divide into four equal servings and enjoy.

  • 50 g Grated light mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 60 ml Fat free evaporated milk
